ravenous
We crave the crackle of diamonds
like burned fries between our battered teeth,
the cinnamon aftertaste
of good perfume,
wealth trickling down
our sticky chins.
But to eat the rich,
we must open our mouths.
like burned fries between our battered teeth,
the cinnamon aftertaste
of good perfume,
wealth trickling down
our sticky chins.
But to eat the rich,
we must open our mouths.
