Guest Prose Editor: Madison Betts (she/her) is a neurodivergent writer and editor based in Philadelphia. She’s not a Philly native, so please refrain from asking her about the etymology of "jawn" or how to spell Schuylkill on the spot. However, as a Drexel grad who's spent days of her life writing in cafes, she can point you in the direction of the best coffee in the city.
Madison has a BA in English with a concentration in writing from Drexel University where she’s a current student in Drexel’s Creative Writing MFA program. As a freelance developmental editor, a voracious reader, and a writer finishing her manuscript, Madison’s life is dominated by story. She enjoys diving into all genres, but fantasy is her first love. Find her on Instagram @madi.betts.
